The management of Obsolescence solutions is controlled by a workflow consisting of 3 actors:

1. The industry that offers the solution to obsolescence
2. The BOARD (internal or external) of industry, with the task to validate the proposed solution
3. The customer who accepts or declines (asking a new proposal) the solution

The workflow also provides intermediate phases such as the possibility of a demand to "rework" the proposed solution before deciding.
