The management module of spare parts requests enables users to manage the workflow associated with the request of items replacement, in case of substitution and / or restoration of stocks . The workflow is based on the possible implementation at different levels ( logistics) of a basic flow , comprising two main actors who play the following roles :

• Originator – that have the ability to create new requests and to close those met
• Supplier – which will meet the demands of providing Configuration Article

If the Originator has a stock of Spare Parts, has a chance to fulfill the request, generating a related Request in order to write off the texture of the warehouse itself.

The final actor of this process are typically the industries, to which is entrusted the responsibility to maintain operating systems.
